Current Work

I'm currently working on a 3D-printed open-source 6-axis robotic arm. A highly customized project that combines mechanical design, embedded systems, and software engineering.

While the base model of the arm was originally created by another maker, I significantly extended and redesigned it to meet my requirements: I built custom mechanical parts, developed the entire electronics system from scratch, including a fully self-designed control box and handled all the wiring and hardware integration.

Software: The backend is written in C++ for precise motion control, and the frontend is being built with Python to provide an intuitive user interface. The current software already supports homing logic, forward and inverse kinematics, as well as other useful functionalities. Cartesian movement and additional advanced features are currently in development.

This project is my deep dive into robotics, blending hands-on engineering with advanced programming to build a real-world robotic system from the ground up. Check out the latest demo of the arm on my YouTube channel and follow along as I share my progress and insights into the project!
